Technical reviewers

The technical previews on the case studies — module structure, data models, interface contracts and annotated excerpts — open with one shared keyword. Ask for it and say what you are evaluating; it comes back by email, usually the same day. For private client work, a walkthrough is the better option, since the source itself stays with the client.

What helps most in a first message

  • The process as it runs today, including the spreadsheet or inbox it currently lives in.
  • Who touches it, and which of them would use the new system daily.
  • Whether there is an existing product this has to fit into, and what it is built with.
  • A deadline, if one exists, and what happens if it moves.

Four things worth knowing first

If your project is on the out-of-scope list, I would rather point you elsewhere than take the work and do it adequately.
What happens after you send it
A reply within one working day, either with questions or with a straight answer on fit. If the project is not something I should take, that gets said in the first reply rather than after a call.
What a proposal contains
Scope, a data model sketch, the technical approach, a timeline and a price — in writing, before anything is built. If the honest answer is that a smaller build or an off-the-shelf tool would serve you better, that is in there too.
If you only need a second opinion
That is a legitimate request and it does not need to become a build. A short paid review of an approach, a data model or an AI feasibility question is a normal way to start.
Confidentiality
An NDA is standard and I will sign yours. Client names are omitted from this site wherever the client asked for that, which is why several case studies describe the work without naming who it was for.
